Responsible for overseeing meetings, setting agendas, and guiding strategic decisions, Dr. Beckford plays a key role in shaping the future of our condo association.

 Rafael Barriga,  supports the Board President and coordinates key matters with our Management Company. With a strong background in entrepreneurship, Rafael brings fresh perspectives, collaborative energy, and a personable approach to board initiatives.

Whether you are looking for support or have ideas to share, Rafael is known for being accessible and open-minded.

Elinor serves as the Vice President of our Condominium Association. In this role, she steps in for the President whenever needed to ensure that board operations and community affairs continue to run smoothly. She works closely alongside the President, staying actively informed about daily responsibilities and decisions affecting our residents. Her involvement helps maintain continuity and accountability within the leadership team.

 Linda Izenson manages the administrative aspects of the community association, ensuring the efficient maintenance and organization of official documents. She is responsible for ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations, as well as preparing for and documenting meetings. Linda's skills include meticulous note-taking, strategic planning, attention to detail, initiative, and discernment, all of which contribute to the smooth operation of the association. 

 Clifford Schissel, serves as Treasurer, managing the Association’s financial health with diligence and transparency. From overseeing budgets and expenditures to working closely with the Management Company, Clifford Schissel ensures that our resources are used responsibly and in the best interest of our community.
