 As President of the Condominium Association, Dr. Beckford leads the board in its mission to foster a well-maintained, respectful, and welcoming community. Responsible for overseeing meetings, setting agendas, and guiding strategic decisions, Dr. Beckford plays a key role in shaping the future of our condo association.

Whether you are a long-time resident or new to the neighborhood, Dr. Beckford is committed to building strong communication and transparency across the board.

 Martin Rosenow plays a valuable role by supporting the Board President and coordinating important matters with our Management Company. As an entrepreneur, he has assisted many individuals throughout the Florida community. Since joining Belfort, Martin has consistently demonstrated strong community‑minded values and a genuine commitment to our residents. 

Elinor serves as the association’s Secretary, overseeing the administrative functions that keep the community running smoothly. She works with the management company to maintain and organize official records, and prepares for and documents all meetings. Elinor is approachable, informed, and ready to support our community whenever called upon.

 Mattie Hanna,  our Vice President works alongside the Board President to help maintain the smooth and consistent operation of the condominium association. Her role involves supporting leadership responsibilities, coordinating with the management company, encouraging compliance with Florida condominium regulations, and assisting with community projects and communication efforts. 

Mattie enjoys spending time with family and being active in church, and looks forward to serving as Vice President Y2026 and continuing to contribute to the community. 

 Clifford Schissel, serves as Treasurer, managing the Association’s financial health with diligence and transparency. From overseeing budgets and expenditures to working closely with the Management Company, Clifford Schissel ensures that our resources are used responsibly and in the best interest of our community.
